About Joselyn's Criminal Operations

Identity Theft with the goal of personal profit is a federal crime. Joselyn H. has stolen my and other people's identity in order to sell our artwork for profit. She has taken it far enough to coerce me to taking legal action.

Disclaimer: all materials and identifying content posted on this blog, are public record. No doxxing was performed. Just the same thorough research she calls stalking while doing the same herself.

Stalking is a crime. Joselyn keeps quietly following my art accounts in order to skim content to pass off as her own, even sell. She knows she is not welcome in my spaces. Non-compliance here constitutes stalking.

Art Theft - taking someone else's creations and claiming them as your own, even lightly edited, is a blatant copyright violation.

Joselyn being 17, she should be aware that her behaviour is criminal. Mens rea, ie criminal intent, have been proven beyond the shadow of a doubt when I found her actually SELLING the stolen artwork created by others after reporting the original artists' accounts to death in order to silence them and usurp their success. She did not just repost stuff she liked in order to share it, she explicitly and falsely claimed it was her art, attempted to sell it as such, and hazed the creators. This is not innocent behaviour.

Neither is her weaponizing her alleged mental health issues and family losses in order to make victims lay off her. She has been attempting to emotionally blackmail us by going as far as threatening suicide. When she could just stop messing with us and our creations, something she does with proven malice and criminal intent.

My personal opinion as someone who studied psychology in Belgium, is that she is deliberately manipulative and abusive and the very bully she accuses other people of being when we track her down to hold her accountable for actual, tangible crimes that have hurt our income as well as our artistic dignity.

On this blog, you will find a record of her behaviour.
